Roasted Asparagus with Miso Dressing
Does anyone remember the scene in Clueless when Cher is eating Asparagus, no? Just me? That scene has stayed me with me for over 20 years now. I can remember 9 year old self, going out to dinner with my parents ordering a side of Asparagus and the minute it got to the table crunching down on it exacgtly like Cher did. My parents never even noticed that i was waving it around in their face pretending i was in that scene. Gosh clueless has such a place in my heart.
